Hung with blue ribbon with a cardstock hat just above wreath. Extra long ribbon is available at no charge if needed, included that in your notes if you feel as though you may need that .
Sign can be removed and this can be used again for a baseball themed party or just as a wreath to hang every year on your child's birthday.
